When arriving to Blue Salon Suites, please TEXT when parked and please WAIT in you’re car upon arrival. Please aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

All required consent and consultation forms must be completed prior to your appointment. These forms help ensure the safety, comfort, and protection of both the client and artist.
Consent forms are provided through the booking system and are also accessible via all linked booking platforms. Please review and complete all forms carefully, as contraindications, allergies, or other considerations may affect your eligibility for certain services.

Appointments must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
If an appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the original booking deposit will be forfeited. Clients needing to reschedule are encouraged to do so through the booking system or by emailing cynartistri@gmail.com.
Repeated no-show appointments may result in restricted future booking access.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Longer or premium services require a 25% booking fee, while shorter services may require a flat-rate deposit. All booking fees are applied toward the total cost of the service.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service and may be paid through the booking system, Zelle, or Cash. Please bring exact change.
If you’d like to pay by card, just note there’s a 2.6% + 10¢ Square fee added to your total.
Gratuity is not required but always appreciated!

Providing a high-quality experience for every client is our priority. If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment so we may review and discuss the matter.
If an adjustment is deemed necessary due to application or product-related issues, a complimentary adjustment appointment may be offered at our discretion.
Concerns communicated after the 3-day period, or issues resulting from failure to follow proper aftercare instructions, will require booking a new appointment at the regular service rate.
All services and products are non-refundable.

I offer foreign fills for an up-charge of $25!
If I do not think my lash technique will blend with what you have on, I will have to remove and start over with a newly placed set.
